Free Advice from Angel Intuitive, Eileen Smith
Reader Question: My mother just passed suddenly and my heart is broken over this loss. She lived with us for years. We had to remove her off life support which was a very difficult choice. Do you think she can forgive me for this? ~Love and Light, Lisa
Eileen's Response:
Dear Lisa, Yesterday I asked the angelic realms "Which angel would like me to write about them for this week's column?" Immediately, Archangel Raphael's energy came to me and he let me know he wanted to speak with everyone this time, through me. He said I would find a question he wanted to answer in my e-mail. As I was scrolling through everything that came in I heard Raphael say "That's the one" as I came to your question.
So Lisa, if nothing else, know that you have a powerful Archangel so close, ready and wanting to help and assist you that he was aware you were writing an e-mail to me. Yes, they really are right there for all of us. American poet Wendell Berry once wrote, "We cannot comprehend what comprehends us." If I teach nothing else through my healing work and writing know this: angels are real, they are aware of you, they love you and are waiting to help you.
Before I get into the specifics of how Raphael can help everyone, I wanted to say to you Lisa that Archangel Azrael is with your mother and Raphael is with you, as is Mother Mary with you. I will write about Azrael in my next Ask an Angel Intuitive column so please check back to find out who the angel Azrael is and how he is helping your mom. Azrael, Raphael, and Mary want to assure you that your mother wasn't really in her body when she came off life support. She was already on the other side, reunited with those who went on before her, whom she missed very much while alive. She understands how difficult your choice was but holds no judgment on anyone for it. In fact, she says it was a blessed relief to be able to fully let go of her body and be in Spirit and thanks you for that brave decision. She assures you it was the right choice.
Archangel Raphael would like to remind you that your mom is not "dead" just gone on ahead. For your mom, Raphael says with a smile, it is like she went on ahead to a vacation. All is well with mom so be at peace. Call upon Raphael and Mother Mary to help you, Lisa, and send blessings and prayer to Azrael.
Speaking of Raphael's smile, he really is so beautiful. People who have had physical manifestations of Raphael often say he is devastatingly handsome. I would agree. It is strange to think of our archangels in those terms as they are androgynous beings created by God. But we are human after all and we are visual creatures who react to outer appearances and are attached to form.
Raphael appears to me as an average built male on the slender side, and not as strongly built as Archangel Michael. He has large eyes that change color but most often they seem to be hazel, but hazel with many colored lights, especially blues. He appears to me with an oval face, very fair skin, high cheekbones and dark wavy hair to the top of his shoulders. He wears a white robe with gold, blue and green trim around the edge. And when he smiles as he did when giving that message to Lisa it is usually a closed lipped half smile. Very sweet, very gentle.
Raphael's name means "God has healed" and is one of the seven who stand before the throne of God.
His task is to heal the Earth and every thing upon it and not surprisingly he is the Master of all healing on Earth. Regardless of the modality of healing you are using Raphael can assist you as he is also a Master of the energies that create all healing. In fact, he is very powerful in helping you with meditations and any form of inner journey and guided healing work. Raphael is also the angel to call upon for the healing of your animals. Raphael tells me that he worked very closely with Francis of Assisi when he was on Earth.
I know that that many people associate Raphael with the Earth but with me he brings to our sessions a lot of water healing energy. Raphael is also linked to the power of our solar system's Sun. There is an ancient Essene prayer:
Raphael, Angel of Sun, enter my solar center and give the fire of life to my whole body.
It is a powerful statement of intent and since Raphael, like all angels must receive permission to help you, this statement also acts like a phone call out to Raphael, that he can begin to work in your physical energies and within your life.
