man, its early..wanna toke?
well, its about 730 am here in my room, and after a long night of toking, i passed out around 1230-100am, im watchin some tv thinkin about taking a rip.then i look out my window and notice that the sun isnt even up all the way and everyone in my house is still alseep.my parents have been gettin on me saying that they notice im high alll of the time and they think im getting 'out of control' with my useage.blahblahblah.then i kinda thought about it and i was tryin to think if it would be too early, maybe wait a couple of hours to get high?
basically what im gettin at, is do you think that there is a such thing as "too early to get high?" like the early bird gets the worm, but the stoner bird never misses a wake and bake opportunity!

i toked up, i didnt really care too much.i have a schedule, i know it and im in control of it.my schedule allows multiple openings for getting high! my parents are just too old fashioned, they do smoke, but when they do its real late like 10-11 pm.my mom goes to bed right away and my dad just gets ripped and watches old movies.
CA: Commentary: Regulate medical marijuana? What a pipe dream
Commentary: Regulate medical marijuana? What a pipe dream
Sacramento Bee | 3/21/2010 | Marcos Breton

Regulating marijuana.

It's the oxymoron of choice these days. How do you regulate a weed with laws that only stoners understand?

The city of Sacramento soon will find out.

Quite earnestly, Sacramento officials are wading into the business of regulating the marijuana dispensaries popping up like fresh buds in a Humboldt County meadow.

There are nearly 40 registered dispensaries within the city limits. Heaven knows how many more the city doesn't know about.

Now mind you, all pot peddlers in Sacramento are technically operating in violation of city zoning laws, according to Gus Vina, Sacramento's interim city manager. More accurately, there are no zoning laws in place to regulate them, so they can't legitimately operate.

Yet there they sit, open for business.

Don't worry if that doesn't make sense, because very little related to marijuana regulation makes sense, if you define sense by logic, specificity and clarity.

For example, the Sacramento City Council is looking to grab hold of the dispensary issue here by capping the number in the city at a dozen and imposing strict requirements for their operations. The motivation for allowing them: helping medical marijuana patients.

OK. How many legitimate medical marijuana patients are there?

"Obviously, we have no idea how many patients are being served or will be served," Vina said.

No one has any idea because the truth is, there is no consensus on how medical marijuana should be used.

In preliminary findings from a University of California, San Diego, study, researchers drew a distinction between using medical marijuana and getting stoned. Medical pot was found to be just as effective in low doses for treating neuropathic pain – relief without the buzz. Can you imagine? Low-dose pot that doesn't get you high. Where is the fun in that?

Precisely. Pot dispensaries are flourishing because pot makes you high and because California law does not define or restrict who should use medical pot and why.

And when cities try to regulate it – they get sued.

Los Angeles is under siege. Across the Sacramento River, West Sacramento looked at regulating pot until threats of lawsuits forced it to simply maintain its moratorium.

"There isn't a good way to do this," said West Sacramento Mayor Christopher Cabaldon. "In our zeal to do something reasonable, we underestimated the barriers between state (medical marijuana laws) and federal laws (where all pot is illegal)."

If dispensaries really are legitimate medical operations, they should have no problem working within city laws. Other businesses do.

But that's the rub: For all the talk about medicine, dispensaries want to make money, and people really, really want to get high.
I beat the police in their own game
Ok. So i was skating down this street to meet my dealer halfway between my house and his. We meet up and walk off to the side of the road behind a few trees.

He gives me this pretty big 1/8th because he just picked up a new 3 ounces.(It looks very amazing too. :p)

Anyway, While we're doing this little deal, he was smoking a joint. I however, didn't smoke any because smoking makes me unable to skate fast, and i hate going home high.We say bye and i skate off.

About 1/4 of a mile down the road, i was stopped by a police cruiser. They asked what i was doing. I said skating home from a friends house. They asked where my friend lived and i just told them a random street name.

I guess the street i named was near the woods because they instantly said,
"Would you happen to know anythnig about 2 men smoking marijuana by there?"
I told them no.
They asked if they could search me.
I told them no, becuase they didn't have probablem cause.
They then tried the "dening search is probable cause" speal.
I made my voice sound a tad sarcastic as i said "Dening search is using my rights as a pot smoking american"

Long story short, they said "have a good day"

Sorry. Im very, very, very high of tha 1/8

I dont know if this is stupid or not but last night when me and some friends were getting super baked. One kid i was with was saying how he heard u could snort kief or the pure crystals and get baked and i didnt believe it at all. It doesnt make sense because there is no combustion right? He insisted it was true so we made a line of kief from a grinder and he snorted it. He said it worked but i still think it is BS, you guys wanna give your :2cents:
